No fetal pole 6-7 weeks

Hi All, I went in for a scan yesterday and there was a gestational sac and yolk sac but no fetal pole. The doctor told me that it may be a missed miscarriage and to prepare for it. I am going in for 1 more scan next week and I pray that by then the fetal pole shows up 🙏🏽🙏🏽 I don’t know exactly how far along i am because I ovulated later but I think I am between 6-7 weeks. Has anyone else had any positive news from something similar? I am so heartbroken and trying to stay positive 😢
