Can a empty sac at 6 weeks turn out to be a baby?

I have a sac that's empty and was wondering if this could be a positive ending if I'm 6 weeks?? Could this baby just be developing behind??

It's common for that to happen that's why most people won't schedule any ultrasounds until around 8-12 weeks at 6 weeks there is nearly nothing to see.

depends, if your periods are regular and you ovulated during your expected window. if you ovulated late it could be that, i had my ultrasound at 6 weeks 3 days and saw everything and my babys heartbeat and a lot of women are able to see their babies too some even get the option to hear their heartbeat. i didn’t get that option, i just saw it flickering

Your probably just alittle early. You wouldnt have a baby youd have the fetal pole so just starting to begin the formation. It is a very common time for a miscarriage but they really shouldnt give an ultrasound at that stage for this very reason. Hearing theres no baby yet is heartbreaking and causes stress. Just wait a couple weeks
