Scared of getting cheated on?

An anonymous post was posted on Instagram that asked people about slutty confessions and there are very disgusting ones that literally made me feel sick including ones where a girl cheated on her gf with her best friend, and another where she went out slept with 3 people and came back cuddled with her like nothing happened. 
I feel rage like I wanna punch that disgusting fucking bitch in the face. What if in the future happens to me? I’m afraid of how I’ll react because I’m not myself when I’m angry, and completely puts me off relationships. Help please.

Those aren’t your stories. You’re wasting time being angry about something that wasn’t done to you and worrying about the “what if.” 
Don’t waste your life being mad about shit that has nothing to do with you or what “might” happen some day.

Anytime you get into a relationship, there’s always a possibility of it not working out, whether it’s infidelity, chemistry is off, you don’t have much in common, sexual chemistry isn’t there, there could be tons of reasons why relationships don’t work out, you’re somebody who’s angry all the time in the other person just stop talking because they are afraid or whatever it may be. Abuse, neglect, lack of support, connection isn’t there, needs not being met, one person being selfish while the other persons being selfless, not understanding each other‘s love languages etc. it could be one person is broke in the other one Has money and they get tired of being used, could be a billion different reasons￼. I agree with the other person stop worrying about the what if, focus on yourself, don’t stress your life, and it’s basically unnecessary to be angry about something that has nothing to do with you right now and all it’s gonna do is just cause you anxiety. Worry about the now, worry about whatever is going on in your life, don’t sabotage future relationships with things that haven’t even happened to you, don’t have stress or baggage that doesn’t even belong to you, you’re sabotaging things before it’s even begun. With any relationship you start with a clean slate, if they give you three strikes or however you Go about it, seeing red flags, you determine if this person is for you or not. Nothing in life is guaranteed, do you not go to your job and say I’m not gonna work here because I’m scared I’m gonna get fired no, you go to your job and do the best that you can, if you happen to get fired than you do and move on. Don’t give yourself unnecessary anxiety. I’ve been cheated on by every single partner ever been with or abused or used. I put myself in a lot of bad situations, especially when I was younger. My rock-bottom was a gang member that beat the crap out of me, I met him at a party. Shit happens, no one says hi I’m an asshole who’s gonna abuse you and make your life hell no no one would want them, unfortunately over time you see traits in people when situations arise, nobody says hi I’m controlling I’m a narcissist I am possessive and jealous and insecure, I have trust issues, I have commitment issues no people keep their issues to themselves And until situations arise, you don’t see them. Maybe you need to get some therapy, and get over these issues that haven’t even happened to you, and stop reading things that give you anxiety.

I think most people are afraid of being cheated on to an extent. I think you just have to get in a relationship where you know the person is good and fully trust them. You can’t live a life of “what if’s”, it only harms a relationship when you don’t have trust and expect the worst.
