I’m not retaining any water
Every time I take even a sip of water I need to pee 10 minutes later! Like it just goes straight through me and like it doesn’t burn or anything it just goes through me so fast to a point where I don’t drink water if I’m at work (I teach daycare and it’s a pain to get someone in the room so I can go pee) and it takes me so long to fall asleep because I keep getting up to pee! It’s not healthy to just stop drinking water and I don’t know what’s going on. Coffee doesn’t do this to me just water I’m so confused? It’s a pretty recent thing like just the past few weeks has anyone else experienced this?
