Sore left side (ovary???)

I’m not ovulating, not due to ovulate or have my period.

But for the last few days on my left side, down where my uterus is - has been painful when I move wrong or cough/laugh etc.

this might be random and maybe tmi, but it started right after I had an orgasm with something large inside me 😬 lol

So I’m wondering if I just pulled a muscle from being in a weird position, maybe my muscles contracted too hard around the thing, or maybe that’s just all convenient timing and it’s none of that at all.

Can you even pull a muscle that far down?? It’s not near my stomach, its literally right above where my leg starts around where I would get ovulation pain.

Any ideas?? Please help I’m panicking haha
