Q’s about Working Out!
I am trying to lose weight and tone my body at the same time. But, I don’t know if I’m doing it correctly :(
I do not have time in the morning to workout, so I do it at night or after I get off from work.
I usually just sleep in before work. I would fast OR have some Keto Coffee or cucumber infused water before lunch. I usually have lunch around 2pm. Then when I get home, I would eat something before my workout!
I usually wait an hour after eating before I do my workout, and I usually workout around 10:30pm until midnight. It’s about 1hr30min. Sometimes I would have a fruit as my post workout or just nothing.
I go to bed around 1:30am-2:30am after a shower.
Should I buy protein bar to eat as a post workout?
Do I need to change my routine or it’s okay?
Goal is to lose weight and tone body :(
