Sore nipples since 9dpo but BFN at 10dpo

Hello, beautiful people!

My AF is due in 4 days. I never get sore nipples before AF. The last time I experienced sore nipples was the last time I was pregnant but ended in a chemical at 5 weeks. I tested today at 10 dpo and got a BFN. Is it still too early or am I out this cycle?
