Follicle study

So I had my first follicle study today. A little background, with my son we did two rounds of clomid after 15 months ttc. This time ttc we are currently on round 3 of clomid, 100mg. So my dr wanted to check my eggs to see if it was working. I had two follicle on the left (23mm and 29mm) and one on the right (27mm). Now I’m so scared to get pregnant this month and end up with multiples. I’m trying to get used to the idea of twins since that is pretty good chances. My dr said chances of all three taking is very slim. I’m just freaking out!! I wish I knew how many eggs I’ve had the other months. Or if this was typical for me. With my son they could tell I did have two eggs and only one took. I know God only gives us what we can handle. I went in hoping to have one good egg and now knowing that it may be way more has my head spinning. I also have two older stepdaughters 11 and 6 so three more kids would take us from 3 to 6! Any multiple mommas out there have any advice?
