Cysts

I have horrible IBS and multiple cysts on both of my ovaries. Once every month or two I will have horrible right side pain right after I end my period, and sometimes right before I start my period. This pain lasts anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. The pain always comes and goes for the most part. I have had scan after scan because I was so worried it was my appendix. After multiple CT scans and a colonoscopy, they said that my appendix was normal but I have ibs and they informed me on my multiple cysts. The dr said there are so many that he couldn’t even count them. I went to my gynecologist and she basically blew me off saying “well periods are supposed to be painful” and said that my cysts shouldn’t be hurting me. She said maybe I have endo since it runs in my family. She tried to put me on birth control pills again and she knows that I can’t take certain hormones due to history of migraines. She prescribed me one that I can’t take and I have called asking her to change it for me and she won’t return my calls. I am so sick of hurting all the time. It has been 2 years now of dealing with this pain. Every time I hurt I freak out and wonder if it really is my appendix, just because I haven’t gotten a clear answer on what exactly it is. The scans show my appendix is fine, but my anxiety makes me worry. What do I do ladies?? Can cysts make you hurt like this?? Any advice is greatly appreciated. I feel lost.
