So confused

So I tested ovulation this month and got my surge on cycle day 15…cool we bd and then I took another test this morning on cycle day 20 because I wanted to take a hcg but I knew it was too early so I just too lh instead. It came back positive again, 5 days later after my first positive. Did I not ovulate the first time do you think?

We did have sex last night so I’m covered but I’m just confused.
