Ectopic pregnancy, how did you know you ruptured?

Ok, I’m going crazy over here 🙁. I came to know yesterday that I’m pregnant when I went into urgent care with abdominal and rectal pain. The urgent care doctor did my blood work (haemoglobin 10.7, HCT 33.1% b-hcg 1270 miU). They did an abdominal ultrasound and got nothing. We declined trans vaginal ultrasound since I got infections from it during last pregnancy. I was sent home. Since then I have no pain just occasional gas. I’m going to get a b-hcg test tomorrow and decided to do the trans vaginal Friday morning. But now, I’m terrified that I may rupture in between. Google says low haemoglobin and hct are indications of a rupture 😞
What signs should I watch for? Should I go in early? Do you have any advice?

I was spotting and having one sided pain, ultrasound showed free fluid in my abdomen
The hospital gave me the option of surgery or the shot and I was leaning towards surgery because it got it over with quicker and the free fluid on the scan and pain had me questioning things
After some thought and multiple doctors saying “you’re not ruptured because you’d be in more pain” I took the surgery, believeing deep down that I was ruptured, and when I woke up, I was told that I was in fact ruptured and everyone was shocked because I should’ve been in more pain or “white as a ghost”
Not the first time I haven’t been in as much pain as people think I should be and have had something seriously wrong 🤦🏼‍♀️

I had the pain and when I sat and laid down.  The ob/gyn that did my surgery said it was a good thing I came in when I did. CAuse I could have bleed to death.  My hemoglobin when I went in was 12.4.
