Pain after delivery

Hi there. Had my baby 4 days ago and I've been having tons of pain down there where (i assume) my stitches are but it's weird because the pain is all directed to the right side only. Just sitting down on my bed hurts so bad. Ice pack doesn't seem to help the pain. Other than that i do feel a kind of weak and light headed if I'm walking too much. My back is sore from the epidural but only in some positions. And I've been on/ off hot and cold since I've been home which I think is normal since I lost a lot of blood and hormones and all. I'm taking the pain relief medicine they prescribed but that doesn't seem to help the pain I'm getting down there. Don't know what to do - just don't like feeling like this.
