Getting pregnant after a miscarriage

I am healing from a d&c after my miscarriage took a turn for the worst. I keep holding my belly like my baby is still there . I have a dr appt June 1st but I was wondering if there is anyone who could give me some advice about conceiving after a miscarriage. At first I thought I wanted to wait til August but I'm not sure if I want to wait that long. I have a deep desire to be pregnant again. How did you greive with the lost? How long did you wait to try again? How long did it take you? When you got pregnant again how did you feel?
