Monistat

Hey y’all, so I used Monistat 1 and it’s been about 4 days now. About 2 days ago, I noticed red pimple like bumps popping up all over my body. I did some research and it said that this could be a side effect. I just want to know if this has happened to anyone else? There seems to be more popping up and it’s starting to freak me out. I used to combo pack with the anti itch cream btw. I think I saw somewhere that the dream may be the cause.
