Strange white lump tongue piercing

Hi sorry for disgusting photos! :( I’m 16 years old i got this piercing 3 weeks ago and it had this lump the tongue bar kept falling out because the ball kept unscrewing n my tongue felt weird so i just took it out and i’m scared if it’s infected
