Do I intuitive eat or force myself. Read below
Ok I weigh 250 and my current calorie needs to lose weight is 2,090 calories a day. Because of my thyroid I gained about 120 pounds and before I had an ED so I wasn’t eating much more than 1,100 a day back then. I find myself not to be hungry a lot and my schedule is messed up so sometimes my first meal is at 2:30 pm. I do have a protein drink everyday to at least help me reach my protein goal of 106 grams a day! When I intuitive eat, sometimes I only get 1,200 calories in but will reach protein goal. But when I force myself to eat, I’m never hungry but I hit my 2,000 cal goal. Which is best? Eat when I’m hungry even if I fall really short or force myself?
