What to do?

I’m 36 weeks on Sunday, and my shop’s landlord just sent out an email about fining tenants $100 per day for taking time off (including Thanksgiving and Christmas). My husband and I have previously had a very good relationship with her, but we can’t help but feel targeted, as she knows I’m due on June 21st, and per this lease update, we have to agree to being fined $100 per day for closing early or taking time off by June 15th or “get out.” She’s trying to make her property into a bar, and we can’t help but feel that she wants our shop back because we spent thousands renovating it when we started our business. We’ve been scrambling to figure something else out, but we feel like our relationship with our landlord has been damaged by this, and we don’t even know how to talk to her. What would you do?? Our shop is our only source of income, and we live in a relatively small town in the middle of the desert, so real estate is limited. 😕
