For a few months now I’ve had a super weird vaginal smell. Before anyone tells me “go to a Dr” I already have. Dr gave me antibiotics and that didn’t help. I’ve done a 3 day yeast infection treatment. It’s not a yeast infection. It doesn’t itch or burn. It doesn’t make my discharge clumpy or oddly colored. It’s just a very strong odor and it’s slightly offensive. I can’t figure out what is causing the odor. I’ve tried using ph balancing body wash with no change. I had a full vaginal swab and panel done. Everything came back fine. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
