What are your results?

Hello! I just started working out at home for a week! My body is slowly toning, :) Although I’m not losing much but my clothes are beginning to fit me again!

So, I am curious...

How long did it took you to see changes from working out at home with just little equipments such as dumbbells, medicine balls, jump ropes and your own body weight?

And, yes, ofc, including changing your eating habits and drinking plenty of water!

If y’all don’t mind sharing me your before and after pics OR stories! Need me some motivations to keep me going. 😪

I know it’s only been a week, hahaha! Wait til I get to week 8!!! I’ll post my progress pic!
