Should I be worried? 😕

I'm currently 8 weeks at 6 weeks the doctor told me I was high risk. Last Saturday I experienced some spotting it was brown with brown clots but it stopped after a few hours. Today or rather just now I went to urinate and my discharge was slippery and mostly clear with some hints of brown in it and two very tiny clots one brownish and the second one was extremely small but it was red. Should I be worried? I'm kind of freaking out!!
