Have any other moms worried about their milk supply decreasing after returning to work? How often did you pump at work to keep your supply up? I had difficulty with my milk supply when my baby boy was first born. It took AWHILE for it to come in and it was very low initially so I always have this fear it will drop back down. Now that I'm going to be away from him the majority of the day, that fear has multiplied. Any tips/insight on how often I should be pumping while at work will be greatly appreciated!
