Strep Throat Positive at 39+3

Y’all. The timing. I haven’t had strep throat since I was a kid. 🙄

I’m 39+3 and tested positive for strep throat (different strep virus than GBS which was negative at 36 weeks), I have a low grade fever and sore throat but otherwise feel fine (very pregnant, but fine). I’m supposed to see my OB tomorrow for ultrasound and visit and we were thinking she might induce me because my fluid levels were low/normal last week and i have a marginal cord.

Now I’m not sure what this means for my ultrasound and appointment, potential labor, my husband being with me in the hospital... 😬

Anyone with a similar experience?
