Post nasal drip
I’m 8+5 weeks and the nausea is definitely there. Buuut I feel like the post nasal drip is what is so triggering my gag reflex. I’m not someone who can hack it up, grossly, I swallow it. I live in a soon to be humid climate so I’m hoping summer won’t be so bad, but I sleep with A/C and fan on high, and at an incline. I just ordered a humidifier. Anyone else struggling with an abundance of mucous? I don’t have a stuffy/runny nose at all.
