No Symptoms???

I’m currently 6 weeks and have no morning sickness and I’m just feeling normal with sore breast. Do this mean it’s going to be a boy??? My first child was a girl I had all the symptoms.

morning sickness started for me around week 8 with my boy,  and lasted till 15 weeks
