Postpartum support

Any first time moms not feel supported? My baby just turned and month and me and my bf are the only people that help each other . Literally. Phi’s family comes over holds the baby for 15 mins and leaves . While the house is a mess and we’re sleep deprived . I don’t have much family . My family never helped me with anything . Only my sister has but she has a one year old and she works full time and has two other children so I understand why she’s not available all the time . Howvever everyone that wants to see the baby like his mom ( who loves saying my baby is her baby) does not work and literally is in the house with her bf all day and sleeps till the afternoon never offered to watch him since we brought him home. Everyone keeps asking what he needs but nobody asking what the parents need ! I’ve even asked one of my family members to just come over and cook because there was no more frozen food / snacks and I was so sleep deprived and the baby would not give me a break to make a meal . My family member said they’d come over and make something and completely stalled on us. We had to order out . I feel so unsupported and i have no time to myself any more and me and bf are drifting apart cause we never even have time to catch up with each other . I just feel alone
