Baby won't sleep! Help

My baby girl is 2 weeks and 4 days old. For over a week now she has sounded congested or mucusy only when lying on her back in the bassinet. She fights sleep so hard and seems like it bothers her so she doesn't sleep at night. During the day she takes naps on our chests or in the swing and she's totally fine. Doesn't make the noises at all. What do I do??? I'm exhausted and my husband goes back to work tomorrow and now I get to deal with all of this alone.

UPDATES!

-We have a humidifier in our room

-We do swaddle her with arms down

-We burp her very well and several times after every feed and sometimes just in between
