My niece is constantly being bullied for height and hair she just telling me this

.... I’m so hurt I just want her to know she’s perfect, how do I speak life , love, acceptance to a 10 year old 🥺🥺 (she begged me not to go to the school because last time after the girls got suspended they tripped her in gym class and called her cry baby) I just don’t want her to choose a permanent solution for   a temporary problem 😔

She is beautiful. There’s nothing wrong with her at all. Not her height, hair or anything else anyone says. I’m short. My husband calls it cute size. I’m sorry she being bullied. Have a talk with the principal, if nothing else they can keep a closer eye on her and catch the bullies in the act.

I was bullied for many years too when i was young, we as adults know who the problem is: these kids parents.
We need to treat the problem from the root otherwise this will keep happening everywhere, please let the school principal know. 
I would tell her that she is beautiful, smart and don't let anyone make her think otherwise , focus on what you want to be when you grow up and don't let these silly girls affect in any way, i know it's hard for a kid but you can explain that these girls have a pathetic life at home and need to be mean just to get attention

Thank you , I spoke with the principal and he said “it’s how kids are these days I can’t suspend because of words perhaps try getting her some therapy” so Me and my family will be going to the School board in the morning I want his job taken away ASAP
