I LIKE THE GUY AT MY JOB

There is this guy at work and find both his personality and looks to be attractive. He is funny and pretty talkative and sometimes a little awkward in a cute and charming way. We talk a bit but I can’t tell if he’s just being nice or what. And I kinda stare and look at him (just because I can’t help it😭) and he stares back at me and I don’t know if that may be weirding him out. And my friends keep telling me to tell him he’s cute but I don’t want it to come across as me saying he’s like puppy dog cute (if u get what I mean). Because I want to say something to show that I find him attractive without weirding him out. HELPPP.

I’m 18 he’s 21.
