Food addiction;

I've struggled with it for many years. I workout however I just can not get the food in order !

Some days I do really well and other days I've not only fallen off the wagon, but it's dragging me .

My food cravings get so strong , for sugar, carbs, etc. && Then I'm binge eating !

Any suggestions or ideas? Any over-comers in this group ?

Just to add , I live in the south so , fried, boiled, smothered , covered, rice, pasta , potatoes are always surrounding me!
