COVID test to travel?

Has anyone travels in the past week or so? Is it mandatory to have a negative COVID test to show airlines that I am not sick??? My flight is on Saturday and I’m going to have to drop 250 to get a quick test done and results back ASAP :((((

Depends on where you are flying to and what country you live in. 
If you’re in the US most states require no testing, but Hawaii does.

Call the airline and ask. It could depend where you are traveling to/from or what airline you are traveling with. You have to ask them.

Pointless to have a test done prior to travel when all of the exposure occurs the day of travel.

Im traveling to Bolivia South America soon and yes I need to have a negative test within 72 hrs of my flight. Ask the airline where you’re flying to.

i’ve flown between colorado, new orleans, and texas and i haven’t been required to take a test

I traveled on May 14th and no tests necessary for me🤷🏻‍♀️

I flew from Florida to Illinois and back and no test was required. Illinois is pretty strict too but no test is required.
