Ok so I have this thing called Globus Sensation and it’s this feeling of a lump in the throat and it doesn’t help with swallowing but it comes from anxiety and holding in emotions. I’ve not been able to eat for 2 weeks and I’ve had this lump feeling in my throat and I searched up etc and it won’t go straight away, the only thing I can do is relax but it’s terrifying and I don’t know what to do. If anyone can please help me or anything it would appreciate so much and i would be more grateful than anything
