Sinus problems (pregnant)

I’ve read that it’s a symptom and that waking up with stuffy and runny/bloody nose is normal in pregnancy but I can’t sleep without a fan and my grandma says that fans dry the air or something. I’m now worried that my babies going to have sinus problems too because babies are sensitive to basically everything but he is due August 9th and I get SOOO hot I can’t breathe 🥵 is there anything I can use like a cream or something that will make breathing easier and do you think that it will bother baby?
