Black spots on nipples?

Hey everyone I’m 33 weeks & I noticed on my actual left nipple and my right areola I have these little dry feeling black spots. I’ve never seen them before and I have no idea what it is!

I had the same with my first. They were Polka-dotted. One spot even peeled off at one point. Super weird. They disappeared after I had my son.
