Should i go in go L+D?

36+5 and was 3cm dilated at my appointment earlier today so she told me to take it easy and go to the hospital if contractions are one minute long every 10 minutes for 1 hour. Well I’ve been getting strong but irregular contractions since 12:40am but now they are ranging from every 4-10 minutes but only about 45 seconds long. Should I go in? I call labor and delivery and the lady on the phone was rude and didn’t really answer me.

UPDATE: came to hospital at 4am. Nurse checked me at 4:45am and I was 5cm dilated, 80% effaced but still at -3 station. She said I would be admitted and she’s calling the on call doctor. Doctor comes in and says we’ll you’re still high so we’ll check you again in an hour to see if you’re ACTUALLY in labor. Is 5cm dilated with painful contractions every 3 minutes not labor????
