TW: Possible Ectopic!??

I had a regular period april 12-17 and what seemed like a period (minus pains and clots) may 16-21, however I have also been getting positive home pregnancy tests since May 16. These home tests are getting darker and darker however my hcg levels are low and rising slow. May 20 levels were 11. May 24 they were 36 and May 26 they were 74. So doubling but should be much higher. I was sent for an urgent scan today and they couldn’t see a sac or anything, at the moment it’s uncertain if I’m just super early or if it’s ectopic. Anyone been through anything similar? Good or bad outcomes I’d appreciate any stories.
