Is my HCG level okay?

My previous pregnancy ended up being ectopic. It has been almost a year and I just found out that I am pregnant again. I went and had bloodwork done for my HCG level. I just got the results and it’s at 83.55. Is this okay? I should be around 4 weeks pregnant.
