Does this sound like Braxton Hicks?
I did some googling as well and it definitely sounds like what I was experiencing but wanted some mommies inputs.
In my lower abdomen I started feeling an uncomfortable cramp like dull period cramp, not painful. My stomach tightened up and this only lasted for a minute. Some of the cramping went from my abdomen to my back
