Ladies HELP ME OUT!!
So I got my period from May6-May10th.
Started working out here and there and also started my diet wich I've been with for almost 2 weeks now. May 26 I started spotting and today May 27 it's as if I was on my period again! Never in my life have I ever seemed to have 2 periods in a month 🤨 is it normal? Has it happened to anyone? Please let me know? Is it that maybe hormones are balancing or what?
