I just found out I'm pregnant the same day I came down with a cold. Runny/stuffy nose, headache, sore throat, cough. It's miserable and I feel like I can't breathe. What medications are safe to take to relieve symptoms early on in pregnancy?

My dr told me Sudafedis good for colds! Benadryl is ok too but it's more for allergy stuff. Also is you think it goes into a sinus infection you don't want to risk taking antibiotics then use a sinus rince.

You should be fine with paracetamol and tablets that contain paracetamol that say for colds and flu but if you just check the box it will say whether it's safe to use or not

I was having the same problems so I called my doctor and he said I could take Benadryl
