Hcg not doubling

So my hcg levels aren't doubling its rising but not doubling and I'm bleeding on and of for the past few days but today it's more than any other day, it's not heavy I'm not cramping. I'm sooo sad because this might be a miscarriage. Had thjs happened to anyone and they were fine?
