Am I or am I not?

So I thought I had a miscarriage two weeks ago cus that’s what I was told at the emergency room when I went in for some bleeding. They did some blood work, and Ultrasound. I started bleeding with blood clots but only lasted a day and a half. In the ultrasound they couldn’t find anything said baby was too small or I was miscarrying. Fast forward my breasts started hurting again, feeling nauseous and dizzy. Could it be that I didn’t miscarried? Or this a new pregnancy?
