Any chamomile tea as long as that's it just chamomile. That's what my LO Pediatrician recommended. Instead of water in his formula I used the steeped tea.

I would just put like a tablespoon of organic prune juice in my baby’s bottle mixed with his milk and it got the job done

I’ve always added extra water instead of whatever milk she was on and my daughter didn’t have an issue I could get her to go at least 3-4 sometimes more a day if it was like a lottt she was teething but it really works that way. When I didn’t do it she had a hard time going it’s weird
