Constant migraines??? Help!

Question

I talked to my doctor 3 weeks ago about my migraines and told her Tylenol wasn’t helping so she’s having me take a series of vitamins that’s supposed to help. Well they’re not helping and I’m now getting daily migraines and Tylenol isn’t helping and I’m miserable. Been drinking caffeine and icing my head. Nothing helps. What do I do!?

I was a migraine sufferer prior to being pregnant and pregnancy sure as hell intensified my migraines . I get them daily as well and Tylenol is a joke ! ( extra strength too ) is a pure waste . Wish i could help but i literally just have to deal . I lay in bed , ice ice ice , i put a massager on my shoulders , keep myself elevated ,  blast the AC OR take cool showers , continue drinking loads of water and peeing like a mad woman . Tying a scarf around My head helps a lot with the pounding pressure , maybe that’ll help 🤷‍♀️. Feel better !

Ugh I am prone to migraines and being pregnant just made them even worse. Unfortunately it’s all the hormones really /: but I used to rub peppermint oil on my temples while diffusing it, and putting some on a cold cloth for my head just laying in bed trying to drinks lots of water and trying to sleep. If I wasn’t in bed I was sitting in the shower, hot water helped for me.
I didn’t try when I was pregnant but nature walks sometimes help me a little now.

Omegas 3s, B12, and Magnesium Glycinate helped my migraines immensely. They trigger nerves and brain function. But it took a month or two of daily use to really get to that point.
There are days I have more serious episodes, so I know I will need a stronger medicine to take when those hit me, and those can be prescribed. Give it a bit longer and ask your doctor again for a prescription for migraine control. If they do not want to help, find a new doctor, but give the vitamins a good college try.
