Looks like a milk allergy. If your breastfeeding try stopping all dairy and see if it clears up

Eczema is more dry patchy looking rather than pimple looking. This looks like a severe case of baby acne possibly.
If you have breastmilk or anything I would start bathing baby in it with soap. That way you can get a little natural remedy going.

Definitely looks more like a rash. Remove things with fragrance from your home (soaps, lotions, perfumes, laundry soap, etc.) Also try removing dairy if you’re nursing / switching to a lactose free formula.

It looks like baby acne to me. A couple of my kids got it really bad like this. It usually started around 4ish weeks and was finished around a month or two. It isn't about his skin care or anything, they don't know exactly why it happens but it's harmless. You can try breastmilk or aquaphor but it didn't seem to bother mine, the cream just upset them so I left it alone.
