Hashimotos

Has anyone else had any issues getting pregnant that has had a diagnosis of hashimotos? I have recently had a 21 day horomone panel done and all of my horomone levels were normal with the expectation of the tpo antibody it was 598 and it is supposed to be under 35. I am now currently on synthroid. My ob/gyn thinks i may have had the illness for a bit. Hubby and i have been ttc for roughly 5 years with no luck. We have tried everything with the exception of ivf. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
