Decrease in breastmilk?!

Question

I been breastfeeding my baby for 2 months & today I feel like im running low on milk! My breast usually fill up fast & today they are really soft & I'm not pumping out alot of milk!
Has this happened to anyone?! What can I do??

Your milk is getting regulated. It’s normal. They don’t have to be rock hard to have milk. The milk comes down when baby is latched. And pumping output doesn’t equal how much milk you actually have. As long as baby is having wet diapers, you’re making enough. 🙂

My boobs never feel hard and full anymore unless I skip a feeding and they get enforged.
They seem flat but I have so much milk when bubs starts drinking he pulls away and they spray everywhere 🤪
Don’t stress as long as it seems to be filling bub and they are satisfied and having wet nappies
