I feel silly even posting this, but I’m 12 weeks (this is not my first pregnancy) and the last three days I’ve had an insanely dry mouth/tongue. Not relieved by really anything. I drink a ton of water-so I am hydrated. I didn’t have GD in my previous pregnancy, but I know they don’t usually test for that until 20-24 weeks. I have tried dry mouth mouthwash and mints and doesn’t really do much. A coworker made a comment about watching out because I may have gestational diabetes....it kind of got in my head. This dry mouth is driving me crazy. Don’t know if I should be calling my OB. Anyone else experience bad dry mouth in first/second trimester without Gestational Diabetes?
