Having a baby any day now and feeling so guilty about how it will change my dogs lives

I have two big dogs that are used to sleeping with me in bed, and I love sleeping with them, but since our baby is due any day I’m trying to get them used to staying out of our bedroom entirely. My dogs shed a lot and because of their size I don’t feel comfortable having them jumping up on our bed when we bring baby home. I just feel so bad because I know they are sad that we leave them outside of our bedroom and it’s ripping my heart up a bit. This is my last week of work, so at least I will be at home with them all the time after that. I just feel so bad 😥
