Soft serve ice cream

17 wks pregnant & I had soft serve vanilla ice cream from a diner next to my work (I eat from there all the time) I read you shouldn’t have it because of the risk of listeria.... I’m freaking out. This is my first time eating ice cream since being pregnant...someone calm my psycho nerves.
