10 weeks and bleeding? 😰

I'm just shy of 11 weeks pregnant and just had sex with my partner, it was a little rough and after while I was in the restroom I saw a bit of very light blood spot about the size of a quarter in my undies... It's not a lot and it's not dark at all, and no more came out after that so far, but I can't help but to panic! Should I be worried or am I just over reacting?
